Description about TodoFirGene
TodoFirGene is a transcriptome database for Abies sachalinensis (Todomatsu / Todo fir), based on the results obtained from de novo assembly using reads of Illumina HiSeq2000. TodoFirGene is aimed at providing useful information on functional annotations of A. sachalinensis genes. The TodoFirGene contains whole transcript data from (1) fresh male flower, (2) fresh female flower, (3) young leaf, and (4) inner bark. This is a joint research of The University of Tokyo, Forestry and Forest Products Research Institute, Hokkaido Research Organization, and Meiji University. This work was financially supported by JSPS KAKENHI No 25292081.This web site provides temporal access to the TodoFirGene data, and will be closed when the original TodoFirGene re-opens.TodoFirGene data information
